Standard Manufacturing Tolerances

ACP Waterjet applies the following standard tolerances:

Waterjet Cutting: Parts up to 12" in size: ±0.005" for holes and ±0.010" for profiles.

For every additional 12" in part size, add ±0.002" to the tolerance. For parts larger than 48", tolerances are best effort and may vary based on geometry and material.
